Do I need to create an account to use the mockup generator?

No. You can generate unlimited mockups on the free tier without signing up. Creating an account unlocks saved templates, a mockup history, and access to Pro features.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings under the Billing tab. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. For immediate assistance, email [email protected].

Can I use AIPostMockup mockups in client presentations?

Yes. Mockups you generate are yours to use in any commercial or non-commercial context, including client presentations, pitches, and published articles.

Does AIPostMockup train AI models on my content?

No. Your content — text, images, and mockup outputs — is never used to train third-party AI models. We process your content solely to generate the mockups you request.

What platforms does the mockup generator support?

AIPostMockup supports LinkedIn (posts, ads, carousels), Instagram (posts, stories, feed, ads), Twitter/X posts, Facebook (posts, ads), Google Ads, Google Search results, and more. We add new platform templates regularly.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, the browser and device you are using, and a screenshot if possible. We investigate all bug reports, typically within one business day.

Do you offer an API for developers?
