Default to the feed surface first

Most review mistakes happen in the main feed: text is too small, the crop is too aggressive, or the CTA sits where platform UI covers it. Build the feed mockup before adapting Stories, Reels, or ads.

Keep a source file per ratio

Do not stretch one image into every placement. Create separate 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, and 2:3 working files, then use mockups to check whether the content still reads in context.

Document exceptions

Platform specs change and accounts sometimes see staged rollouts. Keep source URLs, export dates, and screenshots in the campaign folder so reviewers know which rules were used.
